A licence to use the Maps Business Extractor browser extension on the number of devices your plan allows. The licence is personal to you or your organisation and may not be resold, sublicensed or shared.
You must not share your activation key. Keys used from an unusual number of separate networks are suspended automatically. You must not attempt to circumvent the licence checks or the usage limits of your plan.
The extension automates a browser session against Google Maps. Doing so is contrary to Google's Terms of Service. We provide the tool; how you use it, and any consequence of that use for your Google account or IP address, is your responsibility. If you need a licensed data source, Google's Places API returns comparable fields under a commercial licence.
We pace requests deliberately and stop when Google presents a verification challenge. Do not attempt to defeat that behaviour.
Business contact details are personal data in the UK, EU and several other jurisdictions, even when they relate to a business. You are the data controller for anything you collect. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it, for honouring opt-outs, and for complying with the marketing rules in your market. See our privacy policy for what we do and do not receive.
Extraction runs in your browser and does not require our servers. Our licence server is needed to activate, and periodically to revalidate. If it is unreachable, a previously activated extension keeps working for 72 hours. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and do not offer an SLA.
The software is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any consequence of your use of collected data.
You may cancel at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate a licence for breach of these terms, for a chargeback, or where a key is being shared. Suspension for suspected sharing is reversible — contact us.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to licence holders at least 14 days before taking effect.
