Every plan, including Lifetime, is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. Email support@qbotly.com from the address you bought with. You do not need to give a reason.
Refunds are processed through Polar, our merchant of record, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your account page. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, and are not billed again. We do not pro-rate part months.
Lifetime purchases are not refundable after 14 days.
Tell us before you ask for a refund, if you have the patience — most problems are an install step or a filter set too narrowly, and we would rather fix it. If we cannot, the refund stands regardless of the 14 days.
A key suspended for sharing is not automatically refunded, but contact us — automated detection makes mistakes, and if it made one on your account we will restore access immediately.
Please email us first. A chargeback permanently disables the licence and costs us a fee on top of the refund, whereas an email gets you the same money back.
